The Acon company is a company that started its journey around 1996 when Tarmo Sallinen decided to introduce Finland one of the amazing products he saw in the USA in 1992 – the trampoline. The only thing he had then, was a dream and a van full of trampolines. The entire journey was hard, but interesting because he knew that there is a long and challenging road in front of him.
With enough sold trampolines, they decided to make their own company and their own product. That is how the first Acon Air was born in 2003, and their first model received approval of the Finnish Gymnastics Federation. Every few years they made another upgrade, so in 2007, they opened their webshop so you could say that the company evolved every few years.

Although Acon trampoline models are great and very popular, there was another passion in the Acon company and that is ice hockey. That is why they expanded their business to hockey equipment like goals, nets, pads, pucks and green biscuits.
But, today I want to focus on the Acon trampoline reviews because their models are made with care and attention to details. They have two main models of trampolines, the Acon rectangle trampoline, and the Acon circle trampoline, but there is a version of each model so you can adjust it to your needs or wishes.
The first model I want to show you is the Acon rectangle trampoline and this model doesn’t come in different versions like the Acon circle trampoline. This is a heavy-duty trampoline what you can see from the picture and that means it is made for the entire family.
The entire Acon Air Sport 16 trampoline comes with the enclosure net so you can be sure that if your kids want to jump on it, they will be safe. Since I have already mentioned the enclosure net, let’s talk about it. As you can see, the enclosure net goes all around the trampoline.
There are 8 poles made of galvanized steel that keep the net in one place so you can be sure that it won’t fall down that easily. The entrance in the enclosure is visible so you can easily enter or exit the jumping mat, but keep in mind that you will have to use the ladder for that because the mat is elevated from the ground.
Now, let’s talk about the entire construction. Everything is made of galvanized steel, from the frame to the legs of the Acon rectangle trampoline. The legs are U-shaped and there are only 4 legs which are pretty interesting since other models have at least 6 legs.
The reason for that is simple, the U-shaped legs are made to go under the jumping mat which makes the entire construction stable and secure. It is a great design because it doesn’t require 6, but 4 legs.
The jumping mat on the Acon trampoline is made of thick cross sewed durable polypropylene that can endure different weather conditions since it is treated with special UV-protection.
There is another safety feature right around the jumping mat and it is called the safety pad. It protects the springs so you don’t jump on them and injure your legs. That safety pad is made of thick vinyl and it is also treated with UV-protection like the jumping pad.
Almost every part of the Acon rectangle trampoline has a warranty. You can expect a 10-year warranty on the frame, 5-year warranty on the jumping mat and the springs and 2-year warranty on other mat parts and safety pad so you can expect a high-quality level from this product.
The second model I want to share with you in the Acon trampoline reviews is the Acon circle model that comes in many different versions. The first thing you can choose is the size of the trampoline and the second thing you can choose is the design of the enclosure. But, besides that, you can expect the same amount of quality like on the Acon Air 16 Sport trampoline I have reviewed above.
The biggest trampoline in the offer is the 15“ Acon Air trampoline and it comes with two types of enclosure nets. Both of them are installed on the trampolines with poles made of galvanized steel that is attached to the legs of the trampoline. You can easily enter the enclosure through the zipper door, just use the ladder because the heavy-duty trampolines like this one are elevated from the ground.
The classic enclosure looks like the enclosure you can see on the Acon rectangle trampoline, while the premium enclosure has improved metal frame structure on top for even safer jumping adventures. The only difference is another frame at the top of the enclosure.
The frame and the legs on the trampoline are made of heavy-duty galvanized steel. The U-shaped legs don’t go under the jumping mat like on the rectangle model, they are installed on the edge of the construction and they are connected to the enclosure poles.
Every part of the trampoline is made to last, which means that you can easily leave it in your backyard the entire year, even during snow and cold weather. You can use the protective cover on the trampoline to keep it in the best shape during winter and to prevent debris from sticking on the UV-protected mat.
The smaller version of this Acon trampoline is pretty similar to the previous model and that is why I would characterize it as the smaller version of the Acon Air trampoline 15′. Every detail on the trampoline is pretty much the same, from the galvanized steel construction to both classic and premium enclosure designs. So, if the biggest version is too big for your backyard it is good to know that you can choose the smaller version.
Another version of this trampoline is the 12′ size and that is pretty much the only difference this trampoline version has. The trampoline is made of the same galvanized steel and it comes with two enclosure versions so you can expect the same amount of safety and performance but in a smaller package. It is a great trampoline for people who don’t have room in the backyard for a full sized trampoline in the Acon offer.
The smallest version of the Acon circle trampoline is the 10′ size and although it is made of the same materials, it has one difference more. This trampoline only comes with the classic enclosure, it doesn’t come with the premium enclosure. If the size suits you perfectly and you can do without the premium enclosure, then you can easily check out this trampoline with the standard enclosure because the performance and the quality are the same.
The smallest trampoline in the Acon offer is the Acon Air trampoline 6′ that can be used by kids and adults both. This mini trampoline is considered a kid’s trampoline or the rebounder which is used in fitness to keep your body in shape. You can do specially made trampoline exercises on the trampoline to activate the right muscles and improve your body’s condition through fun and interesting workout.
This Acon mini trampoline is made of galvanized steel so you can expect durability from this model. Since it is a rebounder, you have to be aware that it has a 220 lbs weight limit.
With this model you don’t need a safety enclosure nor the ladders, all you need is put it on the ground and start jumping. The jumping mat is made of cross-sewed polypropylene, just like other models and it is surrounded by the same safety pad as the models above.
This is a great proof that even though it is a smaller model used only for fitness, it still offers you a pretty impressive performance. The warranty on the Acon mini trampoline lasts 1 year, which is pretty OK for a rebounder or a kid’s trampoline.
There are many accessories you can buy for your Acon trampoline so you can be sure that you won’t miss anything. From classic and premium enclosures or ladders to more interesting accessories like the basketball hoop, you can find everything in their offer.
There is one accessory I have already mentioned – the trampoline cover. That is a great accessory to keep your trampoline in the best shape possible so I strongly suggest you get one for your Acon trampoline. But, there is one problem. At the moment, they only have covers for Acon circle trampoline models, but I really hope they will make for Acon rectangle trampoline too. You can check the universal parts and accessories and you might find that cover Acon doesn’t have in the offer.
As you could already imagine, in my opinion, the best Acon trampoline is the Acon Air 4.6 Trampoline 15ft model because it comes with the most impressive features and it is made for last a long time. It is made for experienced people so make sure that kids are always supervised or, even better, get them a kid’s trampoline.
